I’ve been working hard, writing and editing and putting together a small book to help new dads make the most of fatherhood; the kind of thing that I would love to give to any new dad, and they could read it on the sh!tter. It’s going to be funny, and it will also be matterful. You will like it.

Potential Titles… Your Thoughts?

The first title I came up with was So You’re Having A F*&%ing Baby. It’s still my favorite at this point.

You know the content on this site, you know the feel of what the book will be like… what do you think I should call it?

I quite like yours, but how would they read *that* out in a radio talk show?

Also, Tim Ferris did a cool test with adwords for book titles to see what got the highest click-through.

Good luck.

– Color his world
– Father now, save on therapy later
– Fatherhood, it’s not about you anymore
– Don’t have a cow, you’re having a F*&%ing baby
– Fathering from the sh!tter
– If your sh!t stinks, so will his (theirs)
– Color their world: If your sh!t stinks, so will theirs
– Poop is funny
– Fatherhood, what’s the worst that could happen?

I concur with Blake. One idea is to come up with a few good ideas for titles and variations and run an Adwords campaign to measure CTR.

Here’s some info:

I did this myself and it worked pretty good and was really cheap. I just created a simple HTML landing page on my domain for each ad with a few unique lines of copy. I ran it for a few 1000 impressions each.
