Richard Pryor’s ABC Lesson

Richard Pryor’s ABC Lesson

Earlier this week we wrote about how to be good friends to new parents. Part of it involved actually hanging out with the kid, playing around and stuff.

With this video I want you to see how easy it is to engage kids. Watch one of my heroes, Richard Pryor, get funky on the letters of the alphabet.

What’s the moral of the story? Get yourself a weirdo floppy hat, shape your facial hair and eyeballs to achieve that “a bit strung out” look, and channel your inner 70’s black dude. It works, I swear!

Sup Apprentice.
Let’s just say things always take a turn for the sketchy when I begin to “channel your inner 70’s black dude”.
‘Nuff said.
Beyond that, I saw this some time ago and enjoyed thoroughly. I saw a biography on Prior. My first experience with him was The Toy. A favorite to me and my brothers to this day. “You just say ‘No’ you ass.” “That’s U.S……..NOT you ass!”
Great stuff. Later,

If there’s not a remix of this online somewhere I’m going to be sorely disappointed. Don’t let me down internets…
